Policies

You will be sent a reminder 1-2 days before your scheduled appointment. This reminder will request confirmation or cancellation of your appointment. 
If you do not confirm the first reminder, a second reminder will be sent. If you do not confirm by the second reminder your appointment will be cancelled. The appointment time will be filled from our wait list, and you will need to reschedule. 
These are medical procedures. Communication & responsibility help us facilitate safe patient care.
Reminders/confirmation requests will be sent to the phone number from which the appointment was booked. It is the patient's responsibility to update the clinic with the proper phone number if it has changed prior to the appointment. 
Procedural and follow up instructions will also be done through the number on file.
Unfiltered will not communicate via social media.

If you confirm your appointment and no show without cancelling, we will choose not to accept you as a patient of this office. Inability to communicate between the provider and patient, creates unnecessary medical risk.  

 Due to the number of patients we serve each day, arriving for your appointment 10 or more minutes after your scheduled time will result in cancelation. Clients more than 10 minutes late will need to reschedule. 

 We do not require deposits. We view cancellation fees as punitive and prefer not to take a patient from whom such a deposit would be necessary. Strict enforcement of the above-mentioned policies allows us to maintain full schedules without deposits or cancellation fees.  

 Please give notice as soon as you are unable to make your appointment or need to reschedule. Any patient with excessive tardies, reschedules or cancellations may be dismissed from the practice.
